Terms of Service for Happy Huskies pet sitting services

Welcome to our at-home pet sitting service! We are committed to providing the best possible care for your furry family members while you are away. Please read these terms of service carefully before using our services. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms:

1.  Pet Care Services: We offer at-home pet sitting services, which include feeding, administering oral medication, providing fresh water, exercising, playing with your pets, and cleaning up after them. We will provide care to your pets to the best of our abilities, but we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the care of your pets.

2.  Reservations: To reserve our services, please contact us via phone or email. We recommend booking our services as far in advance as possible, especially during peak periods such as holidays. We require a upfront deposit to secure your reservation.

3.  Payment: Payment for our services is due prior to the service. We accept cash, PayPal, Cashapp & Rover.com transactions. We charge additional fees for any extra services requested during our visits.

4.  Cancellations: We understand that plans change, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation. However, we require at least 3 days notice for cancellations or changes for boarding or House sitting requests booked. Alternatively for Daycare, Drop in visits or walks you can cancel same day anytime before the time stated. If you cancel outside these parameters you will be charged 50% amount for the service.

5.  Liability: We are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur to your pets or your property while we are providing our services. We will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your pets to us, other pets, or other people during our visits.

6.  Emergency Care: In case of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and transport your pet to the nearest veterinary hospital. Any costs associated with emergency care will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

7.  Access to Your Home: You are responsible for providing us with access to your home during our scheduled visits. We will not be held responsible for any damages or theft that may occur during our visits. We will take reasonable care to ensure the security of your home and your pets.

8.  Personal Information: We will collect personal information about you and your pets, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and any medical or behavioral issues related to your pets. We will only use this information to provide our services to you and will not share it with any third parties without your consent.

9.  Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, for any reason. We will provide you with reasonable notice and a 100% refund in such cases.

10.  Governing Law: These terms of service are governed by the laws of the state in which we provide our services.
